In New York City, fare beating is the reason for the largest number of arrests made each year. Fare beating describes any action involving an individual using the subway without purchasing a pass. This includes hopping the turnstile, being let in through the emergency door without paying and bending a MetroCard to trick the scanner into giving you a free ride.

Take a look at the some of the groundbreaking documentaries Paul produced while at Elite Daily.

"Homecoming" Directed by Paul Notice SYNOPSIS Following the events of Ferguson, a young New York filmmaker returns home to his family in St. Louis. What starts as a documentary about the city, evolves into a more intimate journey into the everyday lives of Black St. Louisans, and their often-ignored humanity.

Homecoming blends both reality and the fictional role to tell the story of a Black St. Louis family making their way through the year before, during and after the Ferguson Uprising. Intimate. Unflinching. And Unapologetically Black. This semi-fictional film series is an addictive watch.
